Which currency will you be paid in?
We will pay you in the currency you asked for in the payment section of your claim form, unless we are not allowed to due to international banking regulations. If this happens we will pay you in the currency you use to pay us .
If we need to make a conversion to calculate your claim, the exchange rate will be the average of the buying and selling rates across a wide range of rates quoted by the banks of London, either on the date when the invoice was issued or on the last date of your treatment - whichever is later.
