Our legal agreement
You ( the main member ) have formed an agreement with your insurer about your cover on Worldwide Health Options. Only you and your insurer have legal rights under this agreement. This means that only you and no-one else may enforce the terms of this agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1939 or otherwise.
You or anyone else who is covered under your membership have complete access to our complaints and dispute resolution process.
