In addition to the insured and the policyholder, the following people, while carrying out the duties entrusted to them by the insurance policyholder, shall be considered as insureds under the same conditions, except with regard to property ownership.
- The spouse, ascendants and descendents of the insured and relatives up to the third degree of blood relation.
- Partners, executives, wage earners and individuals who are legally dependent on the insured.
