2. Household care
When
The insurer will provide the insured with the necessary professionals who will maintain the cleanliness and order of the household, (services include laundry and ironing), while the insured is hospitalised or convalescing in his or her home.
The insured will determine the schedule and frequency of the service, while bearing in mind the following limits:
a. The daily service (any day of the week), shall only be provided for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours within a timetable beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 8:00 p.m.
b. The total number of service hours is limited to 100 hours.
c. The cover shall conclude under the following circumstances:
- When the insured has been discharged or is released from home convalescence.
- When the maximum number of hours established in the last section has been reached.
- When the benefits have been used for 3 months.
This cover will be available 24 hours after being requested by the insured.
